Kathy Carlisle is a photographer, entrepreneur and catalyst behind the Live Everything Mindful community. She is inspired daily by her three incredible children (12, 9, and 7) and her rock of a husband, that is continually curious about the new person that she becomes each day. Three years ago she set out on a journey to heal herself of Multiple Sclerosis and what she found was a spiritual journey that has lit her life on fire. She continues to use her photography skills to tell inspirational stories and inspire others to embark on their own journey inward. She is passionate about building a community full of keys to unlock one’s potential through curiosity.”

About Host Wellness Coach Edie Summers
I am a certified wellness coach and a wellness counselor. I am currently pursuing my M.A. in Counseling Psychology. I have advanced training in wellness coaching through WellCoaches, which is connected with the Institute of Coaching, an affiliate of Harvard Medical School. I am also seeking advanced training inTrauma Recovery and Health Psychology.
I have studied and trained in alternative health for 18 years. I was a wellness consultant, lecturer, and broker in the natural foods industry for 7 years. As a broker, I represented over 30 lines and serviced 50 chain and independent stores in Utah. Some of my clients included: Alacer, BHI, Herb Pharm, Greens Plus, Nature’s Secret, Renew Life, Nutrex, Nutribiotic, and Weleeda.
I have training in wellness coaching, corporate wellness coaching, stress management, energy healing & medicine, herbs, superfoods, nutrition coaching, natural foods, HABA care, food psychology, personal training, and fitness coaching – I was a professional dancer for 10 years. I am a freelance writer and have written copy for acorporate wellness journal for an international insurance brokerage. I currently write for MindBodyGreen.com ~ www.mindbodygreen.com/wc/edie-summers
I teach yoga (Mommy & Me, Pregnancy Yoga, and YogaFlow), children’s creative dance, and QiGong at the Beaverton Healing Center, where I also offer individual and group wellness coaching, and wellness counseling services.
